Well, there is! It IS true, you can actually GET PAID to buy your own tickets for your vacation. Here’s the trick –
Many websites offer “affiliate programs”. If you become an “affiliate” you get a percentage of each sale you make. So if you sell one ticket for $50, you may get up to 10% of your sale, giving you $10. It’s a great business relationship for the website and the “employee” (you, me, whoever) because everybody wins. The website gets free traffic and you make free money with little effort.
If you join an affiliate program for a ticket sales company all you have to do is order tickets through yourself. You then GET PAID to buy your own tickets! I know, you’re probably thinking that this is a violation and the company will find out and you’ll get in trouble, right? Wrong. Almost every single affiliate company I work for encourages you to buy through their company. Sometimes they even offer you bigger discounts to encourage you to get their products. Just be cautious and read the “FAQs” if you’re afraid of getting in trouble. Or, if you could care less, just order them from your mothers computer and have them sent to her address.
